Health, Safety, and Security Policy

The safety and wellbeing of our guests, artists, staff, vendors, and community is our highest priority. By attending a Rodeo Star–produced event, you agree to comply with the following health, safety, and security guidelines.

General Safety

  • All attendees must follow posted signage and instructions from event staff, security personnel, and emergency services.

  • Failure to comply with safety instructions may result in removal from the event without refund.

  • Attendees assume all risks incidental to attending a live outdoor event, including but not limited to weather conditions, crowd movement, and noise levels.

Prohibited Items & Behavior

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, the following items are not permitted inside the event grounds:

  • Weapons of any kind, including firearms, knives, pepper spray, or any item that could be used to cause harm

  • Alcohol, illegal drugs, or drug paraphernalia

  • Glass containers, metal cans, or hard-sided coolers

  • Large bags or backpacks exceeding 12” x 6” x 12”

    • All bags are subject to search

  • Outside food or beverages

    • Exceptions may be made for documented medical needs or infant care

  • Professional cameras or recording equipment, including:

    • Cameras with detachable lenses

    • GoPros

    • Drones

    • Tripods

    • Selfie sticks

  • Audio or video recording devices

  • Laser pointers, fireworks, or explosives

  • Bicycles, skateboards, scooters, hoverboards, or similar devices

  • Umbrellas, tents, or shade structures

  • Animals, except for ADA-recognized service animals

  • Flyers, posters, or marketing materials, unless pre-approved by event organizers

Local laws, venue rules, and municipal regulations may impose additional restrictions beyond this list.

Security Screening

  • All guests are subject to search upon entry.

  • Prohibited items discovered during security checks must be returned to the owner’s vehicle or discarded.

  • Items will not be held or stored by event staff.

  • The event reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person or item deemed a safety or security risk.

Health Considerations

  • Attendees are encouraged to stay hydrated, wear appropriate clothing, and take precautions appropriate for outdoor conditions.

  • Individuals feeling unwell should not attend.

  • Medical services will be available on-site. Seek assistance immediately if needed.

Weather & Emergency Procedures

  • Events may be delayed, paused, or canceled due to severe weather or emergency conditions.

  • Instructions will be communicated on-site and via official event channels.

  • No refunds will be issued unless explicitly stated in event-specific policies.

Acknowledgment

By entering the event grounds, attendees acknowledge and accept the risks associated with attending a live event and agree to comply with all safety and security policies. Thank you for helping us create a safe, respectful, and memorable experience for everyone.
